Courtney Deri is a movement artist, meditation teacher, and spiritual coach who works from the belief that the body is one of our clearest teachers. Her classes weave athleticism with presence, drawing from dance, somatics, yoga, and breathwork to create experiences that are both energizing and introspective.
Courtney spent twelve years in New York refining her craft before relocating to Los Angeles, where she continues to teach in studios, digital spaces, and private containers. Her work has supported communities at The Class, Three Jewels, Yoga For Bad People, TONAL, CLMBR, Equinox+, Yoga Shanti, and Y7, and within professional dance companies including California Dance Theatre, Los Angeles Ballet, and BoSoma Dance Company.
Alongside group offerings, Courtney holds space for clients 1:1 through spiritual coaching. Her approach is grounded, accessible, and rooted in somatic awareness. Courtney is passionate about supporting individuals as they move through personal transitions, reconnect with their internal compass, and build a relationship with themselves that feels honest, resonant, and sustainable.
Her intention across all formats is consistent: to help people come home to themselves through movement, breath, awareness, and lived experience in the body.
